      Pros

      Getty is a great place to work. From the top to the bottom it's a solid company across the board. Great colleagues across all platforms with competitive benefits and a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Every job and company isn't perfect and Getty falls into that category but the upside is your voice is heard when you have a "bring solutions" attitude to the table.
