      Pros

      I really love working at Getty Images. My coworkers have become like family and it's amazing to see the content that we are able to produce on a daily basis. Management is open and I feel like I can talk with my direct bosses about almost anything. Office environment is very relaxed and people just get their work done in a fun environment.

      Cons

      Budgets have been a little rough lately which is scary when it's talked about without any context.

      Great Company Culture - fun perks and people. Fantastic benefits.

      Cons

      Not really a "Con" but can be for some people - Constant change, if you aren't flexible or willing to change your role/territory/compensation - this is not the job for you.
