Great people, great location (King Street Station for commuting, ID and Pioneer Square for food and drinks), defined yearly objectives, leadership principles enforced at all levels (includes being trustworthy, transparent, and open), modern technology, agile teams mostly pulling work and continuously delivering, good size dev shop, international presence and mindset, understanding of the importance of artists and creativity, and more

Cons

Still some struggles with silos, still mostly business to business minded (lacking services, dedicated roles, and mindset for dealing with single customer requests), a legacy of aggressively policing images to overcome.

A lot of challenge offered by the company to succeed. Getty does a good job of following their core leadership principals and can be seen how groups will interact when it's time to solve a problem. Very focused at delivering high quality products.

Cons

A bit tough to grow within the company.
