Hello! Thank you for your feedback. As an organization, we pride ourselves on our collaborative and unique culture. Through transparent conversations from leadership and below, the goal is to foster an environment where all voices and perspectives are heard and considered. We understand that career progression and compensation are top of mind for many employees. Our HR team is currently partnering with the Global Leadership Team on building out career progression ladders for every role and function, so that all employees feel empowered to continue to grow within their career. Additionally, we have all employees on a Bonus Program or a Commission Program (depending on function) to further incentivize. Along with this, we have a Milestone Anniversary Awards Recognition Program that highlights folks celebrating 5+ years with the organization.
