Hello! Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your impactful contributions over the past 10+ years. This is a significant milestone - one that you should be incredibly proud of. We have taken significant strides over the past few years to increase transparency from senior leaders downward, with the hopes that all employees will have insight into decision making and future-thinking. While we continue to pivot and adapt to the ever-changing post-pandemic working environment, we hope to foster an environment that promotes flexibility and creates space for employees to be as productive and engaged as possible. It is positive to hear that you recognize the flexibility with our working environment. However, this remote environment does increase the feelings of Zoom fatigue. Our monthly Zoom-free Wednesdays are a first step in taking a break from on-camera calls, but we are always open to suggestions to do better! If you are inclined, I would love to hear any insight or suggestions you have! You can reach me at carly.etzin@gettyimages.com. Thank you!
