Toxic silos

-Certain teams are somewhat functional -Decent benefits -Free snacks

Cons

-Internal competitiveness between employees and departments leads to an increasingly unprofessional and unhinged environment. -Customer service, technology, and compensation not on par with competitors -Lack of truly equal opportunity for anyone outside of the "old boy's network"
