Hello and thank you for your feedback. It is wonderful to hear that you love our brand and had a positive experience working with your global team. COVID-19 was an unprecedented time for most, if not all, organizations as we worked tirelessly to support our employees and be as transparent as possible around decisions that were being made. We were proud that we were able to maintain a full staff throughout the pandemic and did not have any layoffs or furloughs. As we begin planning how and when we can return to the office, we want to continue the momentum of being as flexible an employer as possible. When it comes to the Flexible Working Model that has been shared internally, we would love to hear your feedback and concerns, as there may be areas that were not accounted for. I encourage you to please reach out to me at carly.etzin@gettyimages.com and share your perspective, as it is very valuable. This ties to our Leadership Principle - 'We care, are kind, courteous, and respectful.' If you feel that during your time with us, you observed or experienced favoritism, please reach out to the email shared above, as I would like to learn more and address your concerns. Thank you.

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your contributions to Getty Images over the past 8-10 years. This is a significant period of time and we appreciate your commitment over the years. As an organization, we strive to be one of the greatest places you will ever work through our Flexible Working Principles, our high-coverage benefits, our unique culture, and the high caliber of employees we hire. It is great to hear that these aspects contributed to a positive experience for you. With that being said, you are correct that we have high staff retention rates, which is something we are very proud of. However, this should not inhibit your ability to grow and develop, but rather expand your learning since you are surrounded by folks with significant industry knowledge. If you have concerns over your career progression, I encourage you to either chat with your manager or functional HR Business Partner. Since we recently moved to quarterly check-ins, there should be many opportunities to facilitate this conversation. Further, throughout the pandemic, our Global Leadership Team has made significant strides to explain their decisions and facilitate transparent dialogue. One of the ways we have done this is through Craig's Open Forum, which I encourage you to join and voice your questions so you can better understand some decisions that are being/have been made! If you have additional feedback, please reach out to me at carly.etzin@gettyimages.com. Thank you so much!

Pros

-Flexible work hours and location -Can work on projects -recognize good behavior -take on feedback well -Company is willing to adapt and improve -Amazing imagery and company that shapes the way people view the world -High pay for what you do.

Cons

-Little to no job opportunities -Company tends to hire new roles to outside than within. -Diverse company where all senior leadership are old white men. -Currently seeking ways to improve the customer experience by only investing in technology and not training staff. -Training is all up to you. Only get 1 catch up a week. -Constant feeling of chasing targets and little time is given for self development, but always highly encouraged. -Many staff only stay because of pay - work culture is pretty stale

Thank you for your feedback. It is important to us to hear our employee's perspectives on what we are doing well and where there may be areas of opportunity. As an organization, we want to ensure that all of our employees are engaged and challenged in their roles and are aware of opportunities to move throughout the organization. Every Monday, our Talent Acquisition team posts internal and external openings to the Recruiting Slack channel to peak the interest of those who may be looking to move cross-functionally or who may have a referral. If you have not yet had a chance, I encourage you to join this channel. Further, through our Leadership Principles, we are committed to fostering a culture that is inclusive of different voices, perspectives, and experiences. This is evident through some of the initiatives that have been introduced over the past two years, including the implementation of Employee Resource Groups, the creation of subcommittees on the Global Advisory Committee that focus on culture and hiring, and the newly implemented quarterly Diversity and Inclusion Accountability Reports that measure our progress and holds leadership accountable to the commitments made. Of course, there is always room to evolve and grow, especially in the representation of leaders. Programs such as the Getty Images Amplified Mentoring Program are geared toward our racially and ethnically diverse communities, with the goal of increasing the connection between leadership through the mentor:mentee relationship and mapping out advancement and impact opportunities. Continuous growth and development is a priority at Getty Images. Employees can access a variety of trainings through The Lab and through our Udemy subscription. The Culture and Development site also houses interpersonal skills and people manager toolkits and trainings. The Sales Enablement team drives Sales-specific training both within the Service org and in other areas as well. If you feel that these resources are not easily accessible, please connect with your functional HR Business Partner for additional support. Given that you are a current employee, I urge you to reach out to myself (carly.etzin@gettyimages.com), Lizanne Vaughan our CPO, or a member of our HR Business Partner team to share more insight on your experience. I am confident we can address your concerns and improve your experience as an employee here. Thank you!
