Hello, thank you for your review and feedback. We take all concerns seriously and work to always remain transparent and honest across the board. Our leadership team cascades their team goals at the beginning of every year so that employees have a clear view of which areas they need to focus on for the year. We also encourage employees to speak with their manager if they need additional guidance on goals. If you have specific feedback on org restructure that you would like to share, or any other additional feedback, please feel free to email me at sarah.dudley@gettyimages.com

leadership out of touch, lots of experience debt

Pros

great images taken by photographers.

Cons

Egos outweigh collaboration unfortunately. The organization faces a significant amount of experience debt, largely stemming from a lack of technical depth at the leadership level. This creates barriers to progress and innovation as influence is often tied to years worked at the company, rather than capability or demonstrated impact. Unfortunately, this environment has led to the attrition of highly capable individuals, including those from FAANG backgrounds, who leave due to limited opportunities for growth and a lack of strategic direction, and lack of priorities. Leadership who have stayed for more than 2 years have lost their ability to make sound decision-making, given all the changes happening outside of the org, or adapt to evolving industry standards,
