It is great to hear that you are enjoying working and collaborating alongside your colleagues, and that our benefits and flexibility are having a positive impact on your work/life balance. In terms of career progression, I understand that growth is top of mind for many employees. We have two performance review cycles per year where employees are eligible for promotions (Mid Year and End of Year). However, throughout the year you are encouraged to discuss development opportunities with your manager.
