Thank you for sharing a Glassdoor review. I am pleased to hear that your experience working with our organization has yielded sustainable work/life balance and that our benefits package is sufficient for your needs. However, your experience with growth at the organization is disheartening. Our HR and Culture and Development team curate many resources to aid in your development so that you continue to be engaged and challenged. Some of these materials include organized Quarterly Check Ins, Goal-Setting Guidelines, toolkits on establishing a growth mindset, clear job descriptions for every role to ensure that you have clarity on opportunities before being ready for the next level, and more. I encourage you to connect with your manager or your HR Business Partner to discuss your development so that you continue to feel successful and impactful at Getty Images. Thank you!

Pros

I recall Getty Images really wanted to be a place that people either loved to work at or remembered it as a place they loved to work at. I think that was true for me. In my small team, awesome female leadership and mentorship. Working with overseas offices was also a pleasure.

Cons

Didn't get to interact too too much with teams outside of my own, but perhaps that was because of my specific role in my team.

Hello - thank you for posting a review on your experience at Getty Images. It is great to hear that you are enjoying working and collaborating alongside your colleagues, and that our benefits and flexibility are having a positive impact on your work/life balance. In terms of career progression, I understand that growth is top of mind for many employees. We have two performance review cycles per year where employees are eligible for promotions (Mid Year and End of Year). However, throughout the year you are encouraged to discuss development opportunities with your manager. Our Culture and Development team has created many resources to aid in these types of conversations, and I definitely encourage you to check them out on their Mixer page. If you have any other feedback or would like to connect further, please feel free to either reach out to your functional HR Business Partner or myself at carly.etzin@gettyimages.com. Thank you!
