It is discouraging that your viewpoint is that Getty Images does not promote from within, as we have two promotion cycles per year, along with formal quarterly check-ins and weekly employee/manager 1:1s. Between April and October 2021, we celebrated over 50+ employee promotions. In addition, we launch pay equity analyses to ensure that employees are being paid fairly and to market.       Great place to work that fosters a connected work environment! Top to bottom, all employees are valued the same and very much involved in growing the business. Customer and employee feedback is taken seriously and often leads to effective changes where applicable.

      Cons

      Information overload at times. Consistent changes means there is always something new to learn.
