Pros

Excellent co-workers, good benefits, great culture, good retention of employees, work life balance is good.

Cons

Takes years to advance or gain pay increase, once they have you, they won't offer you more than 3% cost of living increase despite taking on more responsibility or reports. No stock options, small non-sales bonus. Boys club at the top.

Thank you for this feedback. We place a high priority on providing opportunities for growth and career development for our employees, including our new mentorship and future leaders (NEXT) programs launched just this year, and we continue to look for opportunities to promote internally and encourage our employees to build their own skills. We monitor pay fairness throughout our organization and continue to close gaps when identified. Our Diversity and Inclusion focus for 2020 is front and center and we appreciate your mentioning an area where we can review to ensure it is robust. Results aren’t apparent overnight, but we are working in partnership with our D&I employee-led committees to build the right programs and pipelines to create the change we want to see. We are happy that you enjoyed working with your team members, that you felt the benefits offering was strong and that you felt you had a good work life balance, as these are also areas we strive to excel in.
