5yThank you for this feedback! We know the Seattle tech market is very competitive, and we regularly monitor compensation trends to make sure we’re keeping up with our larger neighbors on that front. We are also very focused on providing opportunities for growth and career development for our employees, with learning and development programs and access to tools to learn and grow, but we know we can always do better. We have a budget for employee development, and we encourage employees to discuss their goals with their managers to work out what resources will most benefit their career goals. We appreciate the ambition of our team members and want to encourage learning as much as possible.
