Thank you for taking the time to post this review. Thank you for calling out about great team members and opportunities you saw for learning and developing skills. We are very proud of our skills and leadership development programs. However, it is apparent that your experience hasn't been a fully positive one here at Getty Images, and so we are even more grateful that you have provided us this feedback, so we can understand where we can improve our employee experience. Over the last several years, women have been promoted at higher rates than men across the business generally, although I know that some functions lag behind and there is work to be done and we are committed to doing it. In addition we have been focused on understanding how our compensation programs stack up in the very competitive markets in which we hire many of our team members, and we are always working to ensure that our total compensation package is a solid one, with salary only being one part of the total compensation. We will take your feedback into consideration as we make regular reviews of our policies and programs. Thank you for your contributions to Getty Images while you were with us!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience at Getty Images! We do have the (some might say) audacious goal of being the best place our employees have ever worked, and we can only get there with feedback from employees on how to continuously improve. It sounds like you have had a good experience, and that is great to hear. Thank you for sharing about respect, as we are proud of our overall focus on respect across Getty Images, and also our Diversity and Inclusion focus, which we believe provides a foundation for all employees being treated with respect. Thanks for your hard work and contributions over your time at Getty Images and thank you for taking the time to post a review and provide feedback!
