We will share your comments on the structure for the software engineering team, as the leadership continuously strives to provide the best career and work experience for team members. We are also happy that you enjoy the opportunity to interact with people across Getty Images. We love our team members, too! We have found that the Donut program, which we rolled out in 2020, provided many of us with an opportunity to interact with team members we might otherwise not have gotten a chance to (particularly after we all moved to working remotely!), and enriched many of our working relationships.
