* Excellent campus community * Beautiful campus and facilities * Quaint location * Mission-driven * Transparent and dedicated presidential and academic leadership

Cons

* Housing nearby is surprisingly expensive for the size of town and quality of local amenities * Difficult to grow within the organization * Students could be more engaged with broader campus issues, although many are deeply engaged in various activities * Hierarchy separating staff from other admin/faculty on campus (not unique to Gettysburg, though)
