      Pros

      The employee discount is okay. The starting wage is decent, but not great. The work environment is fairly stable to a certain extent.

      Cons

      The management is downright dreadful. The customers are rude. Often items are out of stock without any knowledge of when they will be coming in next.

      Pay is Ok. Some of the old school store leaders are great to work for.

      Cons

      Hours for managers have gotten long and strange. There is no reason for a manager to be in the Deli until 10 pm at night. Used to be able to sell product. Now you spend most of your time filling out useless paperwork. It always feels like upper management is hunting for people to fire. It's very stressful especially when you know you are doing your best under the circumstances. Departments are ALWAYS understaffed.
