      Pros

      Good discount on house brands, reasonable wage, ability to move laterally between departments, NEVER the same day twice, Variety of positions available (union & non-union), usually good groups of people working towards same goal,

      Cons

      crossover between GetGo, Market District, and Grocery store very confusing. Some managers are territorial, and seem to yield law-breaking power, HR rep only avail 1 day per week and is well sought, often safety or health rules are ignored in pursuit of getting product to floor ( with manager turning blind eye),

      Growing company with lots of different career paths you can go into and a stated vision to grown even more over the next ten years

      Cons

      None that I can think of, if you've never been in retail before think hard about it. if you have been in retail then you could do much worse
