      Work life balance, on site cafeteria, friendly people, low stress environment, meaningful work, family company

      Cons

      Promotions are not clearly based on standardized measures so people get promoted and others question it and there is tension surrounding it.

      Pros

      Weekly pay, some decent team members, good discounts on store brand items for us employees who can not afford stuff.

      Cons

      Managers cant do stuff right, especially for scheduling holidays. Coworkers treat the place like highschool with drama everywhere. Lack of equipment to get certain jobs done. Attendance policy is bad for those who have to go to the hospital every now and then since you wont be covered for it. Social network policy doesnt apply to coordinators or management and is targeted on team members who arent favorited. Benefits are stripped from ya if you cant work at all given times.
