Pros
The job is pretty stable even as a part time employee if your looking for a lot of hours they should be able to give it to you. There is aslo some perks for working with Giant Eagle such as 10% off most items in the store and gas.
Cons
We are constantly short staffed, people constantly underestimate the workload and instead of quitting they just stop showing up. Due to Giant Eagle's steps to get terminated take so long it is really hard to be done quickly. As well there is not much room for growth into a corporate job and to grow at the store level you have to be a standout employee.
