Pros

flexible schedule that is IF you alert them at the time of hiring. Good benefits if you're there long enough.

Cons

Workload will increase every 5-6months. raises are union based so basically any and everyone in your department will do varying degrees of work for the same pay. management is an absolute joke and will always pick favorites. There has never been an instance where I had an unruly, unjustifiably mad customer, and a manager took my side, it has always been, appease the customer in any way possible, regardless of the situation. You get a sense of disconnection, and this creates a barrier between management, and workers. Most management is unaware of the workload imposed upon you, and will oftentimes nag, and watch you like a hawk until certain, menial things are done, regardless of the literally dozens of other task asked of you daily.

Pros

Benefits are pretty nice overall

Cons

If you’re a good employee, you get screwed by the not so good ones. Doctors notes aren’t allowed but you’re expected to work around hundreds of sick people coming in for medication and just work through it

Pros

Pay is competitive for salary managers. I had some great employees that try their best every day.

Cons

- Horrible management structure - Low staffing - Recently downsized HR has made corrective actions and getting issues resolved in a timely manner almost impossible. Upper management has made this place that was once a decent place to work now one of the most miserable experiences in my entire working career. They will demand the world of you as a salaried lead and will work you to death if you let them, and no matter how hard you work it's never enough and they'll always demand more. Morale is low among both department leaders and our team members as well as they are suffering the most in this situation. At the rate their headed with the horribly high pricing along with the way employees are treated I feel they will continue to lose market share in the retail space and it will sadly only get worse from here.
