Pros
-You see the same people day in and day out, letting you know before a shift who you're going to deal with -Decent benefits on the side, incl. 10% off G.E. brand products -/+Flexibility is promised and often withheld
Cons
-Mismanagement and turmoil. In 18 months, I went through 3 store leaders, and I can't exactly tell you who's in charge of what beyond the store -Unresponsive middle management; we went 7 months without a proper replacement for a department leader -Overall stifling and limited acceleration. Working harder does not immediately benefit you -Low pay scale - expect a $1 per hour pay increase every 2~ years
