Pros

Pay is Fair, Good People at store level

Cons

LONG Hours for management - 70-80 hours a week is EXPECTED by the upper management who never understand what damage is being done to the company. Cutting Payroll is out of control, abuse is common - managers cannot leave a store unless it is 100% perfect - which it can never be. Too much concern with Audits, Proper Clip Boards in place and did I mention AUDITS. Only gives lip service to the concept of CUSTOMER service. It is all about cutting payroll.
