      Pros

      Its a great atmosphere to work with the cashiers, checkout coaches and baggers. I always had a work mindset of staying focused and doing my work and everything else was second nature.

      Cons

      Its such a big company, if your looking for advancement, you have to know the right managers and wait your turn. Every now and then, you have the typical customer who wasn't satisfied with their experience there.

      Pros

      Good hours for hard workers. Easy opportunity for promotion. When the store wasn't busy it was a laid back work environment.

      Cons

      They could replace you in an hour. There was always talk of more pay and raises but I never saw any. When the store gets busy they expect you to do an unreasonable amount of work.
