Pros

Pay is good (for managers). Benefits are decent. Good place to work with the public. Annual raises. Always plenty of hours to work(again for management).

Cons

Training is adequate at best. Union does little for you. Company is based more on protocol than it is on customer service. 6 day work week mandatory to maximize hours if not full time. Usual work week is 6 hour shifts(give or take an hour), 6 days a week. EVERY WEEK. Grueling schedule. Always have the 'big brother looking over your shoulder' feeling. The littlest mistake will always be blown out of proportion. Not very many praises given for good work done.

Pros

You are paid every Thursday if you have direct deposit it's every Wednesday. A good place to gain experience in different parts of retail

Cons

Very hard to get a full time position, some weeks hours are cut really bad and you will be over worked when low on staff
