Pros

Some of the people aren't too bad.

Cons

The management sucks, starting with store manager and above. They don't communicate with you, they make lower managers do so. The District Manager was in a number of times while I was working, but I never got so much as a "hello" from him, not even acknowledgement. Too much work, not enough people. Some of those hired are too disabled to do their jobs adequately, or even at all, and the able bodied associates are left to pick up the slack, with almost(or often absolutely) no help.
