Pros
You actually get to take a real break. A half hour, which really helps. CVS never offered breaks and I often had to reheat food. Reasonable work shift (8hr). Never worked over 9 hours.. I developed lasting friendships with other coworkers. Team work is a must.
Cons
Loud overhead announcements all day long. Other employees coming over to chat when we are the only serious dept. High expectations from supervisor. The female sup in our area was very mean.
