Company strives to be fair. Progressive (in a business sense) new leadership is managing the company for stability and growth. Promotes from within. Stock price reflects a company making changes for the better.

Cons

Internal communication could be improved. Benefits are a bit weak in some markets.

Pros

Clearly focused on the right things to improve the performance of the entire corporation. The new CEO is very bright, experienced, and very focused. He has brought a culture of performance and communication missing for a long time. He has introduced and '80/20 Business Improvement Process' to the organization, which has been the cornerstone of growth and exceptional financial performance of companies like ITW. The CEO is also a great listener and coach, which is absolutely critical when trying to change culture. He has brought excitement back to this organization.

Cons

They really need to spend more resources on the development of executive and mid level management. There is a lot of talent inside the organization, they just need more help in understanding what the new expectations are, and help in understanding the new tools.

Pros

Fair Open atmosphere with an entreprenuerial focus. Plant and Corporate leaders were good communicators and open about changes. There was a constant effort to blend market strengths of various companies within Gibraltar so as to maximize growth. People and family focuses from an HR point

Cons

Sometimes constant changes leads to high turnover which slowed down processes and projects. The merging of various plants into various groups was not always planned well and that slowed the process of improvments and growth.
