Gibraltar Industries engages in completely unethical and potentially illegal business practices. The board of directors continually votes itself stock awards at the same times as the company has declining sales. Then, they slash costs, such as healthcare and cut employee staffing to cover their stock grants.
In addition, they continually promote the company with false statements in attempts to pump up the stock, yet investors now see through their games and the stock value has significantly declined over the past year.
Lastly, the company does not value long-term customers and continually raises prices as well as treats both customers and employees poorly. A majority of the board needs to gain control, fire CEO Bill Bosway and start fresh.
