3yWe received your review and happy to hear you felt you were well paid for your job.
Gibson Homewares corporate headquarters is located on the second floor of a very large building we use primarily for warehouse/distribution purposes. The area of the building is industrial due to the nature of our business, as well as our neighbors. The building is not "windowless."
To say there is "no joy" among workers reflects your personal negative impression, not that of all other workers.
Gibson Homewares is a large company, with many team members. It is a dynamic work environment with many "moving pieces."
Clearly your review reflects a very personal dissatisfaction of the company, workers and management, in your words "the focus is always on the negative."
