You only live once - choose another company to work at that values you.
Pros
It's quiet, for the most part. There is a sense of innocence with some people who genuinely want to help.
Cons
3 brothers run the company and think very highly of themselves and treat others like peasants. Nobody wants anything to be changed because "why fix something if it's not broken." WELL, if it wasn't functioning in the first place, how long do you think this dysfunctional ship is going to sail for? People are WAY overworked and under-appreciated for their effort, skills, and commitment to their job and the company. Most people become complacent and jaded and realize that nothing will change, so people come to work and go home and don't try to learn anything new because the job doesn't require it. Parking has always been ridiculously full, and there is nothing management wants to do about it...for the past 10 years! If you aren't a VP or higher, you have these desks that have a partition made of cork that divides you and your co-worker. The place doesn't look like a cubicle and if management was about having open -shared workplaces, we wouldn't need these 20-year old flimsy boards dividing you and your co-workers. I don't know how to describe it fully, but it's a collection of chairs that don't match, tables that don't match....just a hodge podge of randomness they want to call a professional working environment. If you know that you are talented and have dreams - this place will make sure you will feel like a pedestrian and your dreams will just be dreams. It slowly deteriorates your inner strength every year you work here.
