Pros

Good day, Nice to shared my experiance with you all..! My carrier started as machine operator in Gieseckee+Devrient. Very good company and good atmosphere...employers and managers are very friendly to co operating with all.

Cons

Shift based work...very low allowance even night shift too

Pros

Clean environment. Kind co-workers (not management). Free coffee (although the machine is constantly under repairs).

Cons

Horrible management. Guilt tripping from management. Over hours demanded by management. Cheap and stingy management (especially the super-rich ''Big Boss''). Way too many rules and regulations. Exhaustive work. Underemployed.
