Pros
Air conditioned during summer. Friendly operators. Tim hortons minutes away and it is pretty much off the highway
Cons
Hiring of managers and supervisor that have no clue in what is going on. Managers increasing the work rate and giving more reasons not to give u the 25 cent raise that you worked for all year. Bullying staff, and only getting ahead by either sleeping with the management or helping in oppressing with the staff. Very little vacation is given and blackout months are put in place and god forbid you use your 3 sick days of the year. Overall if you have a choice between working at giesecke and devrient and working at mcdonalds. Go to mcdonalds at least you will feel valued there.
