      There are some really good schools in Gilbert.

      Pros

      I can only speak to my school in the district. I have no idea if it's the same at other schools, but... The teachers and staff really want to help each other. Gilbert provides curriculum for the teachers for almost all of the subjects. The coaches at the district level have made comprehensive curriculum documents to help teach the standards.

      Again, this is only reflective of one school, but behavior is out of control.

      You will meet some nice people you work with and the bond you get with the kids are special.

      Cons

      - The ‘higher ups’ have put in zero effort for communication with their sites - They also play favorites and it is very obvious so they most likely won’t promote you or listen to requests unless you’re a ‘favorite’ - Absolutely no positive recognition; When I worked for BB not once did I or anyone I worked with receive any positive recognition from management. It’s more just nitpicking everything you do making you think you do everything wrong - it may be nice when you bond with a coworker but besides that there can be workers keeping it unprofessional and talking about everyone. Makes working with the kids not enjoyable when that’s happening
