Strong leadership from principal down through staff, great team atmosphere, emphasis on students achieving their best.

Cons

Salaries have been lagging behind other districts and they will need to make more cuts because of cuts from state and local funding

The rate of pay wasn't to good. Because of budget cuts, no raises were given for 7 years.
