Cons

Although available, benefits are not very good. They do not cover very much. The working conditions are very uncomfortable. Plants are hot, dirty, and there is a lot of yarn fibers in the air. There is almost no chance for advancement. The supervisors are VERY hard to work with and too much is expected from employees. The jobs are physically demanding.

I love the people I work with, and the environment is fast-paced and challenging, so you're never feeling stagnant or bored. You can apply for an inexpensive membership to O2 Fitness (ESAC), which is only $9/month, and I can typically get away at lunch to go work out because there is a gym close by. There is a lot of room for upward movement in Sales, so work hard and you will be noticed.

Cons

There is very little training, so if you are not self-motivated then this may not be for you. You pretty much get thrown into everything right away - kind of a sink or swim atmosphere. They do not allow sitting on yoga balls in place of chairs or stand-up desks.
