Pros

Easy money if you know what you're doing, good benefits

Cons

No one is there to help or train you. Learn from your mistakes on the job as you go. Do not ask management for help, they either don't know or don't care to help you. Both director and manager of forecasting are toxic and are there to throw you under the bus. There is not a team atmosphere and no way to move up in the company. You only get promoted by the time you put in, not the work you put in and what you bring to the table. Do as your job description says and don't try harder, you will only get more work and no pay for it. Upper management and company is mainly white males. No diversity hardly at all.
