      Pros

      Job security, some good coworkers. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Too much competition to the point where it is counterproductive to the project. Fear based culture. Not enough positivity. A lot of politics. Work life balance is bad if you wish to excel at this company.

      Good benefits. Pay is lower than other biotechs, but still decent overall.

      Horrible culture. Poor work life balance. Too many chiefs, not enough indians.

      Pros

      Really great products and robust pipeline. The company is certainly making a ton of money, so there is a quickly growing campus that has some good onsite perks, such as cafeterias, gym, etc.

      Cons

      Every minute of my time here was hell. In every department, they create about 4 to 6 "junior" roles that mean nothing and try to keep you there as long as possible. If you don't come in at a certain title, FORGET about ever getting promoted.
