Stock doing well--much money to be made from stock benefits Great place to be trained--doing job of 3 people at once Really great scientific colleagues
Cons
Exhausting--work 24/7 No work-life balance (no life period) Timelines and lean culture only getting worse Massive burn-out Every employee survey shows that an overwhelming number of people say there is an insufficient number of people for all of the work, but senior management has clearly stated that they will not change the culture Have a spouse and/or kids? Forget them--you'll never see them if you want to be successful at Gilead
