      stressful environment and no appreciation

      Pros

      Successful products and good pipeline. Multi-task culture so always working on some projects. Neat campus and good location.

      Cons

      Changing project frequently w/o clear instruction. Heavy workloads demand overtime. Nobody cares if you work hard in lab and get the work done. People are more interested in generating bunch of schemes and tables to attract sight from managers. No clear channel for communication, seems everybody is in the middle of something. If you want a balance of work and family, it is not the right place.

      Pros

      Benefits and site specific perks. (i.e. Bagel Wednesdays, onsite gym, passport discounts) Medications/treatments really do improve patients lives Work with some very talented people

      Cons

      Culture Working environment Lack of respect for employees No real development of existing employees Most employees seem very unhappy in the jobs Work/Life balance is just for appearance. It is not really encouraged

      Pros

      Good experience, fast-paced, most people around you are very motivated.

      Cons

      High level of disparity in the way management treats employees. No rhyme or reason to promotion process. Lots of politics. High level of burnout/turnover and complaining around you constantly which is demotivating. Most people do the job of 1.5-2 employees as the company prides itself in being "lean". Company spends very little on keeping employees happy.
