Pros

Dynamic, creative, enthusiastic environment; the management is sincere and energetic. Fascinating product. Coworkers were delightfully genuine in a way you don't often encounter.

Cons

Still has a startup feel and could feel very chaotic; it was hard to settle and feel truly successful as so much changed on a daily basis. This may have changed since I left though.
