I spent more than 15 years in IT industry and worked with many employers. Here first time I found an employer who gives work freedom, who believe in ethics and trust in delegate responsibility. Also multi cultural; internationally trained workers.

Cons

Prove yourself with work, not with talks :) My home is far from office.
