salary on time only one advantage

HR is main cons, just hearing only upper management not to each and every employee, their is a match up with managers and HR. if u have any issue no one is their to hear you, no such appreciation if u work harder, managers have their own, never thought u will get appreciation on doing good.

They don't pay salary according to market standards. Appraisal are very very poor. They make you work like horses than give you poor appraisal .
