Not worth it with all the politics

Pros

Benefits are decently good, maternity leave is great

Cons

For a company that talks about how inclusive they are, welcome diversity and encourage females to lead and have a voice people sure are judgey around here and like to create issues. God forbid you rub someone the wrong way. Take it from me - you will get pushed out with zero explanation. Guys on the other hand…. do whatever you want and no one will think twice. Things changed for the worse when Microsoft bought us out and you really have to be a specific type of person to get anywhere here and if you’re not, best of luck. Combine all that and the politics that go on internally this is definitely not the company that I signed up for. You have to be a specific type of person to get anywhere in this company, promotions are few to none. Run immediately and don’t waste your time.

Pros

I had spoken to 10 Hubbers by the time I was done interviewing. Everyone was so passionate and enthusiastic. I left my final interview day completely on cloud 9 because I knew how much a career opportunity here would change my life...and two years later it's absolutely exceeded expectations. Even on my most stressful days - I never "hate my job"...it's been incredibly rewarding in every way.

Cons

To be honest, the only cons I can think of are a couple individuals who were/are unpleasant to work with. Bad attitudes, sense of entitlement, poor communication...but I think that's inevitable and expected at every company, sadly. Gotta keep moving forward!
