Pros

- Remote - MSFT RSUs doing very well In-demand product

Cons

- Almost the entirety of leadership are formerly long-tenured Microsoft employees, and bring with them a fairly toxic work environment - Lots of fire drills and a blame-y culture - The exec team can't decide what kind of company they want or how to lead - Many teams are chronically understaffed - Just sort of has this weird underlying unhappiness covered up by fake positivity
