Pros

A while ago it was an aggressively cool place with a lot of vision. Now... it looks good on a resume?

Cons

The leadership confuses 'chasing growth' for vision. The most innovative products/features are dead or KTLO while leadership mindlessly chases Copilot (which is already being outdone by Cursor and Windsurf). They are also pushing for 'performance culture' which would be fine, except they don't state what that means. They're just making folks anxious and ruining morale for no good reason.

Pros

Great place to work. Great people. Good benefits. I really love it here.

Cons

Operates like a startup - leads to lots of broken processes + makes it difficult to onboard. Promotional path is... not great.
