Pros

It's great to work at a place where customers are truly fans of your solutions and are generally happy to hear from you. Excellent benefits.

Cons

Lot of ppl that are not focused on working. Put in 10hrs, get paid for 40 mentality. Focus on non-business related social issues that are distracting. Despite all of the positives, I never felt valued.

Pros

- Good benefits - Good work/life balance

Cons

- Promotions and rewards are often based on favoritism rather than merit - Decisions about promotions and recognition are often influenced by office politics rather than employee contributions - Success within the company often depends more on self-promotion than on tangible achievements, sometimes at the expense of equally or more deserving employees - There are numerous leaders in the organization who have been brought in or advanced to roles that exceed their skills and qualifications, impacting overall effectiveness
