Pros

Compensation and benefits are decent. Opportunity to contribute to a product that the majority of developers worldwide use.

Cons

Executive leadership is lacking, and poor hiring decisions have led to an exodus of the leaders who were making a positive impact.

Pros

Good work/life balance Some ICs and some managers are great to work with

Cons

Leadership is really lacking in long-term vision and some projects will get scrapped in favor of the new shiny at any given moment. Comp is a bit low compared to the rest of the industry.
