Pros

Good benefits, like holiday allowance

Cons

Poor leadership and direction This is a Microsoft company, don't expect this to be anything else Microsoft leaders favour each other and huge amount of bias in the company Toxic culture Actively trying to not hire particular groups, like white people.

Pros

GitHub does a great job creating a positive psychologically safe engineering environment. Problems are addressed without pointing fingers. Very proactive and positive.

Cons

The teams may be a little too developer centric and too light on product management and design.
