Pros

There are many like minded, open source, equity and equality minded people around the company.

Cons

The leadership has trouble committing to a process and has terrible culture sense. Every year there is a new evaluation process rolled out. Do not expect executives to be the ones leading culture— thus experiences vary greatly between teams. Little commitment and follow through with anything employee culture or community equity related. Projects are at the whim of clout chasing executives and heavily exudes "popularity contest".

Pros

Truly some of the most intelligent and kind people I’ve worked with. Most people value transparency and you can learn a ton here from various perspectives. You very much feel that it is a remote-first company and there is a lot of trust and empathy given.

Cons

Very easy for your voice to get drown out if you don’t try to make it heard. Funding projects can be fairly difficult if you don’t have the right support.
