Pros

- smart, passionate, and thoughtful coworkers - huge impact, interesting problems - remote work is well supported and benefits are great

Cons

- leadership changes / turnovers have been frequent since i've been here - sometimes feels like it is turning a little too corporate, and focusing too much on enterprises rather than the users as a whole

We genuinely value your feedback. We're continuing to launch management training initiatives across GitHub, and have seen a positive impact on our employees' experiences. You mentioned that employee expectations are inconsistent and we are disappointed to hear that. We want the expectations for employees to be both consistent and clear and would love to chat with you further about where you feel we fall short of this. As a current Hubber, we would love the opportunity to engage with you to improve your experiences. Please reach out to your HR partner or contact us via email at @HR.
